  • Dawne Wolfe

Dawne Wolfe was born in Colorado and spent a few years living in eastern Nebraska, graduating from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. However, after living here for 30 years, Dawne considers the Scottsbluff-Gering community her hometown. In addition to working for First National Bank of Omaha as a Business Banker, Dawne has been involved in several community organizations including Rotary, United Way, YMCA, Regional West Foundation, and Gering LB840 Application Committee. Dawne’s favorite role has been champion/mentor/counselor for her husband, Jeff and two sons, Matthew and Jakob. Her love of flying spans from sitting in the seat and fastening the buckle in preparation of the next adventure, watching the wonder in Jakob’s 10 year old eyes when he had his Young Eagle EAA flight and decided his destiny was to be in Aviation, and recognizing the luxury of boarding her 79 year old Mom and 89 year old Dad onto a plane at WNRA instead of worrying about them driving to Denver and tackling parking/security/etc in DIA. She is honored to be serving on the Airport Authority Board and looks forward to continuing to build on the legacy of reputation and economic impact the airport brings to the region.
